The Extra Hours Summary module provides a monthly overview of overtime and additional working hours recorded beyond scheduled working hours. This report helps organizations monitor overtime patterns, calculate compensation, and analyze workload distribution.

The header section displays contextual information for the overtime report:
  • Month & Year – Example: February 2026
  • Timezone – Example: UTC+05:30 – Asia/Kolkata
  • Team Selector – Filter extra hours by teams (e.g., Abirami Kannan +11)
  • User Selector – Filter by individual employees or all users
  • Status Filters – Filter employees by:
    • Extra Hours Worked
    • Extra Worked on Week Off
    • Week Off
    • Absent

The Export button allows downloading overtime reports in CSV, Excel, or PDF formats for payroll processing, audits, and compliance documentation.
