The Attendance Summary module provides a detailed monthly attendance report for each employee, including daily attendance status, check-in time, and check-out time. This report is designed for HR teams, managers, and payroll teams to validate attendance records and working patterns.

📅 Report Header Information

The top section of the Attendance Summary page displays:
  • Month & Year – Example: February 2026
  • Timezone – Example: UTC+05:30 – Asia/Kolkata
  • Team Selector – Filter attendance by teams (e.g., Abirami Kannan +11)
  • User Selector – Filter by individual employees or all team members
  • Status Filters – Filter employees by:
    • Present
    • Absent
    • Worked on Week Off
    • Week Off

📤 Export Attendance Data

The Export button allows downloading the attendance summary in CSV, Excel, or PDF formats for payroll processing, compliance audits, and HR documentation.

The Attendance Summary table displays monthly attendance data per employee with daily in-time and out-time records.

For each date of the month, three fields are displayed:
