β Create a New Role
You can create custom roles such as Admin, Manager, Team Lead, HR, or Custom Roles.π Steps to Create a Role
- Click Create a New Role
- Enter the Role Name
- Configure Page Permissions
- Configure Data Access Control
- Click Save

The role table displays all created roles and their assigned permissions.π Columns
- Role Name β Name of the role
- Page Permissions β Pages accessible for the role

- ποΈ Delete β Remove the role
β Default Roles
- Admin β Full access to all pages and data
- Manager β Limited access to selected pages and data
- Manager Head β Custom restricted access
- No Access β No pages mapped. Users cannot access any pages.

Data Access Control defines what data a user can view or manage inside the permitted pages.π Access Levels
- Own Data β User can access only their own data
- Team Data β User can access their teamβs data
- Full Access β User can access all organisational data

β οΈ If no page is selected, the user will be blocked from accessing all pages in the dashboard.

- π Assign Full Access only to Admin roles

- π Always review permissions before assigning roles
