🚀 How to Connect

  1. Go to Integrations in your Trackpilots dashboard
  2. Click Connect to Slack
  3. Select the Slack workspace you want to connect
  4. Choose the channel where alerts should be posted
  5. Click Allow
You’ll be redirected back to Trackpilots. The Slack card will show Connected status, and a welcome message will appear in your chosen channel.

🔔 Notification Alerts

Once connected, your Slack channel will receive a message whenever a team member switches modes:

⚙️ Manage Notifications

You can turn notification rules on or off at any time:
  1. Go to Integrations → Slack
  2. Toggle the rules on or off
  3. Click Save Rules

🧪 Test the Connection

Click Send Test Message on the Slack card to send a test alert to your channel instantly.

🔌 Disconnect

Click Disconnect on the Slack card to stop all Slack notifications.
