# Microsoft Teams Integration

> Connect Trackpilots to Microsoft Teams and receive work mode alerts in any channel

## 🚀 How to Connect

1. Go to **[Integrations](https://app.trackpilots.com/integrations)** in your Trackpilots dashboard
2. Click **Connect to Teams**
3. Paste your **Teams Incoming Webhook URL**
4. Click **Connect**

The Teams card will show **Connected** status, and a welcome message will appear in your channel.

## 🔔 Notification Alerts

Once connected, your Teams channel will receive a message whenever a team member switches modes:

🟢 John Doe switched to Work Mode — 17 May 2026, 09:30 AM
🔴 Jane Smith switched to Privacy Mode — 17 May 2026, 11:00 AM
```

## ⚙️ Manage Notifications

You can turn notification rules on or off at any time:

1. Go to **Integrations** → **Microsoft Teams**
2. Toggle the rules on or off
3. Click **Save Rules**

## 🧪 Test the Connection

Click **Send Test Message** on the Teams card to send a test alert to your channel instantly.

## 🔌 Disconnect

Click **Disconnect** on the Teams card to stop all Teams notifications.
